Ooma Installation Overseas Agreement

Ooma home phone service only supports 9-1-1 emergency calling from within the United States or Canada.

If you are using this device in a location outside of the United States or Canada, the use of local emergency calling codes, such as 0-6-6 in Mexico, is not supported and will not work.

If you dial 9-1-1 on your Ooma phone system, your call will be routed to the national emergency call center in the United States. The agent answering your call will not know your location, will only speak English, and will not be able to dispatch emergency responders to locations outside of the United States.

To access local emergency calling services, retain an alternative access mechanism such as a local cell phone or landline.
